Refunds and Returns Policy

All refunds are issued exclusively as store credit. Cash, card, or original payment method refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

1.Refund Method

  • All approved refunds are issued as store credit only.
  • Store credit is delivered as a unique coupon code via email, redeemable on a future order at OptiForm Compounds.
  • Store credit does not expire.

2.Order Modifications

  • Once an order has been submitted, no changes can be made — including items, quantities, shipping address, billing address, payment method, or coupon/discount application.

3.Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that remain unused, unopened, and factory sealed.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the credit amount.

4.Damaged or Missing Items

  • Any order issues must be reported within 7 days of the original delivery date.

5.Cancellations

  • Cancellations are only accepted prior to fulfillment.
  • Cancellations made on an order in processing status will be credited as STORE CREDIT for the entire balance of the order.
